For over 20 years, I have had the pleasure of being part of the dynamic New York real estate market. This has given me opportunities to network and operate my organization in one of the most sought after industries in the world.
Hospitality is such an exciting industry, and being part of the solution is very rewarding. Since 2011 TMFA our professional staff has been dedicated to customer service. Our main goal is 100% satisfaction and our clients reward us with their loyalty and referrals. Recognized by our industry colleagues, we have been featured in the December 2012 issue of CHPA (Corporate Housing Providers Association) and have been an ideal partner for many out of state corporate housing providers, who feel comfortable sending their clients to a TMFA apartment.
I view the accommodations I offer as an extension of my home. It is important to me that everything is perfect and my clients feel at home when staying in one of my apartments. I have worked in the New York Furnished Apartment industry for over 20 years. I joined Taylor Made as the Director of Operations when it was founded in 2011.
Our company is like none other in the city. We take pride in retaining clients through our responsive service team, luxury appointed apartments and our great locations. We delight in having our guest return to join us each year. We believe that our guest retention says that we are doing a great job and we are the best in New York! My job is to make the New York experience memorable for our clients. My ultimate goal is to grow and exceed our clients expectations when they stay with us and to always be the first company they call when staying in New York.

I have the great fortune of working in Global Mobility assisting people from all over the world moving to New York City. Since 2011, I have been involved in sales management and business development for Corporate Housing. In addition to my experience in sales, marketing, operations, acquisitions and management of existing and startup furnished housing ventures, I am truly innovative and always seeking new efficiencies to improve the client experience.
As Director of Sales and Business Development for Taylor Made Furnished Apartments I source new business opportunities and provide strategic direction for our overall growth. Accounting Manager and Licensed Real Estates Agent at Taylor Made Furnished Apartments, Inc. I have over eight years of experience in Finance in the Corporate Housing industry.
As the Accounting Manager I oversee all the accounting reporting to ensure accurate financial results. I also monitor the revenue and the expenses, coordinating the collection and evaluation of financial data and preparing special reports.
As a license Real Estates sales Agent, I make sure that my clients receive accommodations of the highest quality, with competitive pricing. Each and every client searching for a place to call home is important to me. Being part of the back office has been part of my job description but now interacting with the clients on a new personal level is my calling.
Senior Manager, Maintenance
For over 35 years I have worked to provide exceptional customer service to customers. As The leader of Maintenance Operations I have the responsibility of creating a great experience for our clients. It is important to me that each guest has a customized experience that is enjoyable, comfortable and feels like home.
Prior to joining Taylor Made Furnished Apartments, I worked in the truck equipment industry for 28 years and at one time owned a family restaurant. I enjoy the work I do each day and the service my team provides our guests in Taylor Made Furnished Apartments.
I have almost a decade of experience in the furnished housing industry. My duties range from housekeeping, quality control, staging, and IT troubleshooting of our cable and Wi-Fi systems. Of all my responsibilities the ones which I enjoy the most are welcoming our clients and ensuring that their stays are seamless. Almost any client concern can be quickly addressed. I take pride in maintaining a high standard for our furnished units. While I inspect our apartments I know I am the last pair of eyes to make sure they are flawless.

With more than 20 years in customer service related positions, working with people and guiding them towards a desired end goal seems to fit well with my personality. I like to talk with people, but more importantly I know when and how to listen.

Being a New Yorker originally from Hong Kong, I am proficient in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). I possess a great instinct in identifying good real estate properties. Prior to joining Taylor Made, I worked for over 25 years with the United Nations Development Programme. My last assignment as a Finance Specialist was to manage over $1.8 billion of grants from the Global Fund fighting AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria, seeking to save and improve lives of people in the developing world.
My world-wide experience has given me a great appreciation of the diversity and culture found in the New York Metropolitan area. My natural enthusiasm and years of engagement in New York real estate has now led me to become a real estate professional.
