VP of Operations
Having worked in the New York Furnished Apartment industry for over 20 years, Dawn knows this world inside and out. She joined Taylor Made as the Director of Operations when it was founded in 2011 and agrees that this company is like no other in the city. Clients know that when they are dealing with Dawn, they are dealing with a pro. Her dedication to her clients is unparalleled and she goes out of her way to provide every guest with a perfectly curated welcome to our city. One source of pride comes from retaining clients through the responsive service team. With a large amount of luxury apartments at her fingertips, Dawn is able to place people quickly and is delighted to have guests return due to stellar service. In her own words, "My job is to make the New York experience memorable for our clients. My ultimate goal is to grow and exceed our client's expectations when they stay with us and to always be the first person they call when they return." As the VP of Operations, Dawn ensures every day excellence by making sure all team members contribute to their fullest and find ways to utilize their expertise to make each guest's experience extraordinary. When Dawn is not working, she can be found volunteering around the city to feed the homeless and raise money for organizations such as Voices Against Brain Cancer. Dawn's big heart is one of the reasons our clients gravitate towards her time and time again. Her dedication to our team, our clients, and our community are consistently felt by all.
Regine has been with Taylor Made from the start and continues to exceed all of our client’s expectations. With close contacts within the industry, Regine is a woman you want on your side! As our Accounting Manager, she oversees all the accounting and reporting we do to ensure accurate financial results. As a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent, Regine consistently makes sure all clients receive accommodations of the highest quality with competitive pricing. Having worked in our back office in previous years, Regine has learned that interacting with clients on a personal level is her new calling and is enjoying the individual touch she is now able to provide for each of our guests. She is also a full-time mom of two beautiful children that bring joy and laughter to her life each day as well as happily married to her best friend and husband of 6 years. Augie is as dedicated as can be and has been on our team since 2011. If you are calling our 24/7 emergency number, it is Augie who is on the other end. He has been the hero to many of our clients from late night crises to weekend lockouts. He provides nothing but amazing customer service at all hours and always has a smile on his face! Not only is Augie there when you need him most, but he is also an amazing manager to many. Making sure all of our properties are groomed to our standards for every client is no easy task, but Augie manages a team like no one else and delivers on our high standards time and time again.
